Methodology
The Book
The Selfcare Philosophy is based on the methodology contained in the book of the same name. It focuses on and lays out the four key steps that will be used to guide clients through their everyday issues, both large and small. Focusing, first and foremost, on the root of the issues we face is a necessary aspect of any self-development and self-improvement.
We begin with smaller problems and issues as the foundational phase of the methodology and work ourselves up to larger problems and issues. We deal with personal issues where we take accountability, and within relationships, we learn to identify when others are responsible. The final consideration of the methodology is based on when we need to cut people from our lives.
With detailed explanations and examples, and easy-to-follow steps, ideas, and concepts, this book contains everything a client or reader needs to know. Practicing these steps and ideas will give you greater control of your thoughts, emotions, and reactions, as well as a deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you. The outcome of this practice is a happier, lighter, and more content life.
Chapters 1 & 2 are available to new clients free of charge.
